This longer and wider pair of "Diamond cut Chanko chopsticks" are named from the Sumo wrestlers favorite Chanko pot dish.
The pyramid shaped heads lift up the undercoat revealing beautiful shade.

Since its founding in 1974, Ouchi Kogei has been manufacturing bamboo tableware, mainly chopsticks, in the Hita region of Oita prefecture. The bamboo used as the material is the thickest type of high-quality Moso bamboo that has grown in the surrounding bamboo grove.
"Diamond-cut coated chopsticks" that pursues ease of use with slender bamboo chopsticks. The tip is finished to a fineness that can only be made by hand, making it easy to remove the bones of small fish. The head is cut into a pyramid and finished in a simple color.

*Not for dishwasher and dryer.
*Wash with soft sponge and mild detergent.
*Not to immerse in water for a long time or to use abrasive-containing sponge, metal scrubbing, cleanser, etc. to prevent from scratches and damages.
*Wiping with a soft cloth keeps them in a good condition
*Please keep away from sudden temperature change such as direct sunlight and stove heat.
*Bamboo products are very sensitive to humidity and temperature, and it may cause warping, cracks, and deformation.
*Wood grain and color may vary even in the same shipment. Also, because of the natural bamboo’s characteristics, the holding area may feel slight roughness.
